UNC Technical Support & Services using Support Ticket System

In this system all users technical support request are easily monitored and posted to a web interface application. Technical Staff will be designated to perform a task associated with a ticket number which is assigned also to a person who requested for a service. The requester may able to see the status of his/her request thru a web interface using an account created by the system. This account will only be accessed by the requester using their email and the assigned tick number.

Ticket number will be issued thru clients email address or by phone. By these innovation clients request can be easily managed and monitored using current practice in the Information Technology Computing and technology.
